1: 1 Gentle Yoga

An individually tailored session incorporating 

somatic movements, gentle yoga, pranayama ( breathing) and Meditation. 

Perfect for those who are suffering from Stress, Burnout or

 Fatigue conditions such as ME/CFS and Long Covid.


I run Introduction to Meditation Workshops and Guided Meditation sessions  throughout the year.
